The Yorkshire and the Humber is part of the rollout of England’s landlord database. Landlords must register themselves and each home they let, and after the deadline they can’t lawfully let a home that isn’t on it.
Landlords in the Yorkshire and the Humber can register from 15 April 2027, and everything they let must be on the database by 14 July 2027.
England only · Guidance checked September 2026. The dates come from the draft Private Rented Sector Database Regulations 2026 and the government’s rollout table. The Regulations are still in draft, so dates could change.
